Because all of our items are customized, made-to-order, or branded,
we cannot accept general returns or refunds once production has started or the order has been delivered.
This ensures quality control and protects your brand’s unique designs.
⚙️ Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
After review by our quality control team, a replacement or correction will be provided where applicable.
❌ Cancellations
- Cancellations are only accepted before production begins.
- Once fabric cutting, printing, or embroidery has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
🚚 Shipping Errors or Damage
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, Mimi Sports USA will assist in filing a claim with the courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
However, shipping companies hold final responsibility for delivery issues.
