Mimi Sports USA is a manufacturer and supplier of custom sportswear, streetwear, fitness wear, and workwear, offering global delivery and private-label services.

2. 💵 Payments

  • All payments must be made directly to Mimi Sports’ official business bank account.
  • Orders will begin production only after payment confirmation.
  • We do not accept payments via third-party processors such as PayPal or Stripe.
  • All prices are quoted in USD, unless otherwise stated.
  • Bank charges, transfer fees, and currency conversion costs (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. 🧵 Orders & Customization

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) depends on the product type.
  • Customization options include embroidery, sublimation, screen printing, DTG, or rhinestone work.
  • Once artwork or sample approval is received, production begins and no further design changes can be made.

4. 🕒 Production & Delivery

  • Sample Orders: 7–10 business days
  • Bulk Orders: 15–25 business days, depending on order size and design complexity
  • Delivery is handled by trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
  • Tracking details will be provided once the order ships.
  • Mimi Sports USA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or third-party carriers.

5. 📦 Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping charges are based on destination, weight, and volume.
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their respective countries.
  • All products are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.

6. 🔁 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once production has started.
  • In case of defective or incorrect items, replacements may be provided after review and confirmation by our quality control team.
  • Cancellations are only accepted before production begins.

7. 🔐 Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. All customer data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties without consent.

8. ⚖️ Intellectual Property

All logos, artwork, and brand names provided by customers remain their property. However, Mimi Sports USA reserves the right to display finished products in marketing portfolios unless otherwise requested in writing.

9. 🌍 Jurisdiction

All business transactions and agreements are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where Mimi Sports’ manufacturing operations are based.
