Return Policy – MimiSports

At MimiSports , we take immense pride in our craftsmanship, advanced apparel techniques, and premium quality control. Because we specialize in custom manufacturing, our return policy varies. It depends entirely on whether you order Customized or Blank/Stock goods.

Please read our guidelines below before initiating a return or claim.

1. Custom & Sublimated Apparel (Made-to-Order)

We manufacture our custom products entirely from scratch. This includes team uniforms, custom streetwear, sublimated gear, embroidery, and 3D puff printed apparel. Every run matches your specific artwork, sizing charts, and design approvals with MimiSports Return Policy.

  • Defects or Manufacturing Mistakes: We will fix any errors regarding your approved mockups, fabric specifications, logo placement, or sizing choices. However, you must report these manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery. Our team will gladly arrange a free replacement production run or issue a swift correction.
  • No Returns for Design/Size Changes: Custom items belong to you alone. We cannot resell them to other clients. Therefore, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you order the wrong size. We also cannot offer refunds if you change your mind after production begins.
  • Approve Sizing Early: We strongly urge brand owners and team coaches to review our official size charts thoroughly. Please request physical pre-production samples during our design phase to guarantee a perfect fit.

2. Blank or Stock Apparel

We offer standard blanks, unprinted streetwear, or sample items without custom logos or private labels. For these standard items, we apply the following rules:

  • You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery.
  • We only accept unworn, unwashed stock items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The buyer pays return shipping fees unless we make a shipping error.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Before Production: You may cancel an order for a full refund. However, you must cancel before you approve custom mockups or before we cut fabric.
  • After Production Begins: We do not accept cancellations once your order moves into the cutting, sublimation, or printing phase. At this stage, deposit payments become non-refundable.

4. Shipping & Transit Damaged Goods

We prioritize reliable global shipping to deliver your bulk products safely and on time. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged due to the shipping carrier, please follow these steps:

  1. Document the Damage: Take clear high-resolution photos of the damaged outer box and the apparel items immediately.
  2. File a Report: Send the photos and your Order Number to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Resolution: We will work directly with the courier logistics team to file a claim. Then, we will expedite your replacement items.
